01. When are HOA dues owed and where do I pay?
HOA dues are due every quarter on the 15th of January, April, July and October. You can send a check to Banning Management or pay online at truist.com/payments. If paying online you’ll need your homes serial and unit numbers to log in.
02. How do I submit a maintenance request?
The HOA fee covers community maintenance, landscaping, common area upkeep, insurance and management fees
03. Can I make changes to my home’s exterior?

04. How can I get involved in community events or committees?
All exterior changes to your house require HOA board approval. Please fill out an ARC form request located here and submit it to banning@banmgtinc.com.
